Stator / Rotor Guides are used for armature winding in the production of electric motors. Whilst similar to wire guides in their function, the production machining techniques and designing of these guides is particularly specialised.
Expert knowledge of wire guide engineering and of motor winding is needed to reach an optimum design; our experience, precision design work, and engineering abilities all serve to result in products which achieve excellent longevity and minimum scrap levels in the production cell.
We work consultatively with our clients to help them achieve their motor winding possibilities by providing bespoke designs of stator / rotor guide according to the style of winding, type of machine in use, size of laminations, and type of motor being wound.
